Driving The Day

Today is March 1, 2024, and here are the key policymaker and stakeholder actions on AI you need to know: In Washington, Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Sen. In Florida, a bill requiring disclaimers on political ads created with AI passed the legislature and now awaits the governor’s signature. In Louisiana, a proposed bill would require individuals to register with the secretary of state if they make an AI foundation model available for use in the state.
